POST STUDY WORKPERMIT OPPORTUNITIES
Graduating from an Australian university opens the door to excellent post-study opportunities through the Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485), which is specifically designed to allow international students who have successfully completed an eligible course to stay and gain professional experience in Australia.
Duration:
- Bachelor and Masters (Coursework/Extended): 2 to 4 years (Denpending on region)
- Masters (Research) and Doctoral Graduates (PhD): Up to 3 years.
Flexibility: Holders of the Temporary Graduate visa have unrestricted work rights, allowing you to work full-time in any sector, and there is no requirement to have a job offer or employer sponsorship to apply. This freedom allows you to build professional experience, start a career, or explore various industries.
Eligibility:
- You must be under 35 years of age (exceptions apply for certain passport holders).
- You must have successfully completed a CRICOS-registered course at an Australian institution that meets the Australian Study Requirement (a minimum of two academic years of study).
- You must have held a Student Visa in the last six months and apply for the Subclass 485 visa while you are in Australia.
- You must meet the minimum English language requirement.
